Parinama Astha (ParTha) is an anti-human trafficking organization committed to transforming victims into survivors and ultimately into beacons of hope within their communities. Guided by a holistic and survivor-centered approach, ParTha believes that every rescued or escaped trafficking survivor can heal and rebuild their future through compassionate care, support, and empowerment. ParTha’s work focuses on four key areas in the fight against human trafficking: prevention, interception, prosecution, and reintegration. Their prevention efforts emphasize awareness raising, partnerships, and addressing root causes such as poverty and social vulnerability. Through interception, they support field outreach and rescue efforts while encouraging safe collaboration with authorities to identify and respond to trafficking cases. The organization also supports prosecution processes by partnering with legal professionals and authorities to help survivors pursue justice against traffickers. In reintegration, ParTha provides holistic rehabilitation that includes counseling, mentorship, education, skills training, empowerment, and employment opportunities, helping survivors heal physically, mentally, and spiritually while rebuilding sustainable and independent lives.
